Integrated Natural Health provides both clinic-based naturopathic and osteopathic healthcare and the Fit-to-Live range of holidays and retreats.
Fit-to-Live Holidays and Retreats use naturopathic, evolutionary principles to help you optimise your health and fitness.
Our programmes are all run and led by an experienced naturopath, osteopaths, and physiotherapists. This means that we can not only cater for all levels of fitness and ability, but also with injuries.
Each participant is fully assessed biomechanically, neurologically and nutritionally and has their own individual exercise, nutrition and treatment plan designed.
Each participant is continually observed to ensure that they are performing each activity correctly and making progress, and their program adjusted as necessary.
